Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kozhikode. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also manage employee records, handle grievance procedures, and develop strategies to enhance workplace productivity and satisfaction.

• Experience in Training and Development programs
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR Manager role is a plus
