Role Description

This full-time, on-site HR Manager role is located in Kozhikode. The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role entails working closely with management to develop HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and employee onboarding
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Skills in performance management and employee relations
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 3 Experience in the education sector is a plus
