Responsibilities : Strong Expertise in Bulk HiringExperience in BFSI / Financial Services
Managing recruitment life cycle that includes Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, Reporting, Documentation , Onboarding and Closing the positions.
Effectively close manpower requisition within the stipulated time-frame.
Sourcing and head hunting relevant profiles from job portals like LinkedIn, Boolean search, social networking sites. Also Job Postings on Naukri, RMS and LinkedIn.
Briefing candidates about the company as well as about the key responsibility areas of the profile.
Assessing candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, communication skills, truthfulness of CV, expected salary and notice period negotiation
Scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing candidates for interviews with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions and expectations of clients.
Planning and executing scheduled drives on the weekend for clients.
Joining formalities, Documentation formalities post the selection of the candidate.
