Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead and expand Linc Limited’s business across the Middle East and African markets. The role demands strong expertise in international sales, distribution management, trade marketing, and regulatory compliance, with a proven ability to drive sustainable business growth across diverse cultures and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead export sales across Middle East and Africa, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and stockists to strengthen market presence.
- Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key partners for long-term growth.
- Conduct detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis for each country.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to build brand equity and visibility.
- Drive new product launches (NPDs) in international markets, ensuring alignment with local needs.
- Optimize distributor networks and ensure effective coverage and availability.
- Monitor key KPIs for distribution, sales performance, and merchandising execution.
- Strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end export operations, documentation, and compliance with EXIM policies.
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead and develop a team of 5–10 professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Represent Linc Limited at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums across the region.
- Build strong networks within the business community to identify growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Education : MBA / PGDM from a recognized university.Experience : Minimum 10 years in Export Sales & Business Development, preferably in Stationery, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.Proven Expertise In : Managing multi-million-dollar export portfolios, building distributor networks across GCC and African markets, trade marketing, ATL / BTL campaigns, channel development, market expansion, NPDs, and distribution management.Skills & Attributes : Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and SAP reporting systems. Cross-cultural leadership with experience working across multinational environments. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Additional Requirements : Preferably holding a valid permit to work in Dubai. Fluency in Arabic will be a strong advantage. International driving license.
