Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in in dustrial equipment or construction materials sales (preferably in access solutions or composite mats).
- Willingness to travel to client sites and construction zones.
Region of Operation / Territory assigned : PAN India

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and cultivate new business in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, landscaping, events, agriculture, and remote projects.Manage customer relationships and close rental and / or sales deals.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, engineering) to ensure successful delivery and installation.Marketing & Brand Building
Develop targeted marketing campaigns highlighting the eco-friendly, durable, and cost-effective nature of ground cover mats.Prepare technical sales collateral, presentations, and case studies emphasizing MACO’s advantages : durability, safety, environmental impact, and full-service support.Participate in industry exhibitions, webinars, and conferences; explore digital marketing strategies to expand reach.Product & Market Insights
Stay updated on competitor offerings in composite and ground protection mats.Gather industry-specific customer feedback and share insights with product development and operations teams.Strategic Planning & Reporting
