What You’ll Do

• Drive international business development by exploring new geographies and partnerships.
• Own the end-to-end exports lifecycle – from lead generation, client negotiations, and compliance to shipment execution.
• Build strong relationships with international distributors, brokers, and clients – becoming their go-to partner.
• Strategize and execute growth plans to expand presence in global markets and achieve sales targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and planning teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of shipments.
• Keep a pulse on international FMCG market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the company in international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and heritage.
• Ensure adherence to global trade and regulatory requirements.
• Be proactive in addressing customer needs, solving challenges, and turning them into growth opportunities.
