Achieving Sales Turnover : Responsible for achieving segment-wise budgets on a monthly & yearly basis to grow the business in each territory & record growth over previous sales performances. Coordinate with CFT for smoother Operations. Collect payments as per Agreed terms from the Distributors.
Channel Partner Management : Responsible for ensuring communication & coordination with the Channel partners in place in the given territory and supporting the partners to comply with required digital process compliance and augmenting capacity with the addition of new POS.
Brand Building Activities : Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing brand building activities which include but not restricted to Mechanic meetings, Fleet Owners meet, Dealers meet, Sub Dealers meet, Visual Merchandizing etc. in the given territory.
Digital Initiative Compliance : Responsible for supporting & implementing all digital initiatives driven by the company and enabling Channel partners to get maximum benefit for the business created in the given territory.
Competitors Activity : Map all the local competition and have a Price matrix and report all the competitors activity.
Area Mapping : Arrive at Market potential and drive business towards Organizational goals. Drive Sales : Work with Distributor manpower and increase market share .
