We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finpro team for Facultative reinsurance role at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :
- Key-relationship management :
- The role will require to engage and maintain relationship with insurers and reinsurers
- The objective will be to understand the risk requirements at the Insurers end and stitch up facultative reinsurance solution for them
- Be well versed with insurer and reinsurers risk appetites including their strengths and weaknesses
- Identify and explore new reinsurance appetites available in the market.
- Ability to work in conjunction with Global team on various tools, supporting local relationships for arriving at required result.
- Develop and maintain an effective network within the business community and reinsurance industry.
- Drive new business generation from Indian insurers, specifically for liability and specie lines of business
- Prepare and deliver insurance program structures and market-supported facultative reinsurance solutions to client & insurers
- Completing business placements in line with the regulations
- Focus on new product development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurers and reinsurers to identify opportunities for expanded and new business, including cross-selling and up-selling facultative reinsurance products.
- Drive product innovation in facultative reinsurance as a key differentiator for FINPRO.
What you need to have :
Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.Ability to manage diverse client cultures across industriesDomain knowledge preferredMBA from a reputed B – School4+ years of experience in insurance broking / general insurance insdustry.What makes you stand out?
