Job descriptionMinimum 4 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical. Experience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms. Good Functional Understanding of D365 Sales / Customer Service Process. Extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development. Experience in Developing Web Services and Web Apis. Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, Typescript. Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App). Having good analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferably from .NET / SharePoint Development background in the early years of career. Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders. Configuring and maintaining CI / CD pipelines. Databases preferably in SQL Server. Azure data factory. Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics. Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements. Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed. Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation. Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support. Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff. Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environme. Good exposure to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Exposure to Azure. Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.

Technology and Sub-technology :
- MSD365 CRM CE, Power Apps, Power Automate.Net, Plugins, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Web Services and Web APIs.
- Azure App Service and Logic Apps.
Experience : 4+ Years.
