About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in CRM development, customization, and integration, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying CRM solutions that streamline business processes and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (plugins, workflows, web resources, PowerApps).
• Customize and configure CRM to meet business requirements.
• Work with .NET (C#), JavaScript / TypeScript, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server for solution development.
• Build and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, LogicApps, FunctionApps for data integration and reporting.
• Create technical design documents and perform development, debugging, and unit testing.
• Manage installation, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting for both cloud (online) and on-premise versions.
• Develop applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate flows).
• Build PCF controls using React JS and JavaScript.
• Handle data migration and integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, and related tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
