We are currently seeking a D365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our growing technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact, cutting-edge projects, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online.
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM using out-of-the-box features and custom development using JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, etc.
- Develop integrations using Power Platform (Power Automate), Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Web APIs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices.
- Support deployment, testing, and debugging activities.
- Prepare technical documentation including solution design, deployment guides, and technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile / Scrum meetings and contribute to project planning and estimation.
Must-Have Technical Skills :
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online : Strong knowledge in customization and configuration.JavaScript : For form scripting and client-side logic.C# / .NET : Plugin and custom workflow development.Power Automate : Building low-code / no-code workflows and process automation.Azure Functions, Web API : Experience in building and consuming RESTful services and serverless functions.Strong understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and CRM Security Roles.Proficiency in Debugging & Performance Tuning in D365.(ref : hirist.tech)
