Responsibilities
1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CHAT channel in customer care or technical troubleshooting process
2. Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities.
3. Open to working in 24 / 7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
4. Prior experience or understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including buy-side (advertisers, agencies) or sell-side (publishers, SSPs) platforms.
5. Familiarity with campaign management, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools is a plus.
