Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst, R&D Precision Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst with a focus on R&D Precision Medicine . The ideal candidate will be an exceptional data analyst with a deep intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex business processes. This role involves close collaboration with architecture and engineering leaders, as well as user representatives, to define features, manage a product roadmap, and drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Analysis : Perform advanced data analysis and data profiling to surface value ranges in various data sources and propose unification logic. Use Excel workbooks to drive data stewarding and curation tasks.
• Product Management : Create and maintain the feature backlog in Jira and Confluence , documenting detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Agile Collaboration : Work closely with business teams, the Scrum Master, and development teams to plan and complete sprints, review feature iterations, and provide feedback.
• Service Management : Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the service meets performance and availability requirements. Oversee the resolution of service-related incidents.
• Reporting & Strategy : Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into product performance and user engagement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Documentation & Communication : Create robust written materials, including product documentation, user guides, and release notes, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration across time zones.
