Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Kadi . The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing preventive maintenance schedules, performing maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, and ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery. The role also involves supervising a team of maintenance staff and implementing maintenance management processes. Experience in Metal Shredders Maintenance , E Waste Recycling Industry , Copper Cable processing industry will be prefered

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing maintenance teams
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in Maintenance Management methodologies and practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in the mining or metals industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
