Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance operations for injection moulding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of moulding machines and related systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical).
• Plan and execute machine overhauls, mould change setups, and utility maintenance (chillers, compressors, cooling towers, etc.).
• Maintain equipment history, breakdown analysis reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Manage and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Liaise with OEMs and vendors for technical support, AMC, and spare procurement.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant expansion projects.
