Qualification : -  DME / BE : 12 -15 Years

Exp person should in Leading position for maintenance department last 4 year

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Preventive Maintenance of the all the machine of Plant
• Breakdown of Press shop, Weld shop, Pipe shop and Robot
• Maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and Hydraulic Press
• Pro-active approach for press machine issue identification rectification
• Thoroughly knowledge for press critical spare part maintain
• Cost reduction through TPM activity implementation
• Sound knowledge for Press operation pipe bending operation
• Documents for the Legal Compliance of maintenance Department
• Good Knowledge of the operations / maintenance process of plant / equipment / utilities-electrical , electronic, civil, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic etc.
• Good Knowledge of maintenance systems to improve machine uptime (preventive / predictive) and spares.
