Sales Planning Manager - (Wholesale & Retail Finance) | Auto OEM / Auto Finance & Channel Planning :

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning cycles for wholesale dealer financing.
• Collaborate with OEM partners, zonal heads, and product teams to develop volume projections and credit plans.
• Formulate region-wise and channel-wise sales forecasts, factoring in market trends, seasonality, and credit Intelligence & Analysis :
• Analyze auto market data (retail, wholesale, and inventory) to identify business opportunities and region-specific growth levers.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and industry peers through external market studies and internal MIS.
• Monitor OEM stock levels, dealer throughput, and enable proactive capacity and funding Monitoring :
• Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for management review.
• Track key KPIs including disbursement volume, utilization ratios, dealer coverage, and channel performance.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to sales leadership on performance gaps and improvement & Policy Support :
• Partner with credit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment between sales plans and credit exposure norms.
• Evaluate and recommend policy enhancements based on dealer feedback, market shifts, and portfolio performance.
• Support the design and rollout of dealer incentive programs and wholesale finance schemes.
