Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate located on-site in Kochi. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and maintaining communication with potential clients. The role involves daily interaction with clients to understand their project requirements and proposing customized solutions. The associate will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in business development or sales is an advantage
• Knowledge of the elevator industry is a plus
