Job Description

• Lead the design team to create unique and market-relevant jewellery collections.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.
• Analyse market trends and customer preferences to guide the design process.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive branding and product alignment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers in the team.
• Monitor and manage design project timelines and budgets effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Head should have :

• A degree in jewellery design, fine arts, or a related field.
• Atleast 10 yrs of experience
• Experience working with leading international jewellery brands
• Extensive experience in jewellery design, particularly in the retail jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools.
• An understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes.
• A creative mindset with the ability to align designs with market demands.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
