Head Fashion Designer

At Orikai, we’re building a kids wear brand that blends timeless tailoring with playful charm, inspired by old money aesthetics and crafted for modern families. As we prepare for launch, we’re looking for a visionary Head Fashion Designer to lead our creative direction and bring our collections to life. We design for children aged 2 to 12, blending classic silhouettes with playful charm celebrating the art of dressing well at an early age.

Your Role

As Head Designer, you’ll :

• Lead end-to-end design for Orikai’s kids wear collections (ages 2-12).
• Work closely with our master tailor and sampling team to translate designs into perfectly executed garments.
• Oversee pattern-making, fittings, and ensure superior finishing.
• Source fabrics, trims, and work with vendors to maintain quality & timelines.
• Manage the production cycle, from sketches to final pieces.
