Key Responsibilities

• Project Management :
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial and time constraints.
• Client & Team Collaboration :
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, and lead and motivate a team of designers and other professionals.
• Design & Aesthetics :
• Translate client needs into design concepts, plans, and visualizations, ensuring the design aligns with functional requirements and aesthetic standards.
• Material Selection :
• Research and select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes for projects.
• Vendor & Contractor Management :
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other specialists, managing relationships to ensure quality outcomes and timely installation.
• Quality & Compliance :
• Oversee the installation of design elements, ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Client Satisfaction :
• Maintain clear communication with clients, provide regular updates, and resolve any concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Industry Awareness :
• Stay informed about current interior design trends, materials, techniques, and best practices.
