Delivery Head - Interior Fit Out & Design Build

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Head with extensive experience in interior fit-out and design & build projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, overseeing multi-crore P&L, and leading high-performing teams to deliver excellence from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out projects across multiple locations.
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept, design, execution, to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
• Manage business units with at least 1000 Cr P&L responsibility.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Travel extensively to supervise projects and ensure consistent execution standards.
