About the Role
As the Head of Brand & Experiences, you will lead a lean, high-performance, AI-integrated marketing team that drives occupancy, brand leadership, and customer delight. You will own the end-to-end marketing charter, blending creativity with performance to ensure Union is positioned as the city’s best place to live.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate vibes and experiential events across different properties.
- Report to and coordinate with multiple properties across cities.
- Manage 5–7 Instagram pages and ensure consistent, engaging presence.
- Oversee creative work : photography, videography, shooting gear, graphics, and visuals.
- Lead and mentor a team of interns.
- Manage influencer tie-ups and user-generated content (UGC).
- Create industry-leading social media and content strategies.
- Write compelling copy for digital and offline campaigns.
- Champion resident experience as the heart of the brand.
- Build city-wise brand leadership and sentiment supremacy through culture-driven campaigns.
- Act as brand custodian across all touchpoints – PR, crisis communication, and reputation.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in branding, growth, or marketing leadership.Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, lifestyle, or consumer brands.Strong creative storytelling and data-driven execution abilities.Hands-on expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns.Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.What You’ll Get
