The Associate Software Content Specialist supports software content updates for tax.com. The Associate Software Content Specialist is required to update various tax content to support the Software division and maintain software databases to ensure database and report integrity. The Associate Content Specialist will collaborate closely with more senior team members to learn and develop all aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills. The successful candidate will be effective in researching tax content, updating databases, navigating software backend features, and paying close attention to details.
