Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Conduct advanced workshops with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements and define scalable solution designs.
  • Architect and develop complex product configuration models, pricing engines, discount logic, approval workflows, and proposal generation using Oracle CPQ tools.
  • Manage and customize dynamic document templates leveraging Document Designer or Doc Engine.
  • Design and implement robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and other enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Oracle PIM using SOAP, REST, XML, BML, CCS, and scripting languages.
  • Own unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring optimal CPQ performance and timely resolution of advanced technical issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices and contributing to the enhancement of internal methodologies and documentation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation and proposal development as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience leading Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations and complex configuration development.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ product configuration, pricing strategies, discounting, workflow approvals, and document generation.
  • Expertise in integration techniques including SOAP, REST APIs, XML, BML, CCS, and scripting for seamless system connectivity.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ Document Designer and Doc Engine for dynamic document management.
  • Ability to manage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot performance issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to mentor junior consultants.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Oracle CPQ Cloud certification or relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, ERP integrations, and Oracle PIM is a plus.
