Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Content Server Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing OpenText Content Server solutions to support enterprise content management (ECM) needs. This role requires expertise in OpenText Content Server, document management, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Server Management : Configure, maintain, and optimize OpenText Content Server to meet business requirements.
• Document Management : Design and implement document management workflows, permissions, and metadata structures.
• Integration : Develop and manage integrations between OpenText Content Server and other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to content management, system performance, and integrations.
• Performance Optimization : Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of ECM solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on OpenText Content Server enhancements and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Technical Skills :

Proficiency in OpenText Content Server configuration and administration.

Strong knowledge of enterprise content management principles and best practices.

Experience with APIs, scripting, and integration frameworks.

Familiarity with database systems and SQL.

Knowledge of cloud-based ECM solutions.
