Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and other banking products
- Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and resolving queries
- Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank
- Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
