Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, handling inquiries and issues promptly, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Daily tasks include managing bookings, conducting property tours, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and property management
• Flexible with working hours and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in fostering an inclusive and diverse community is a plus
