1. Partner Recruitment & Activation
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process.
2. Lead Conversion & Business Development
Convert quality leadsEnsure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with partners3. Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on new product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes.4. Sales Process Adherence
Follow the defined sales process diligently — from task allocation to execution and reporting.Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM).Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards.5. Continuous Learning & Development
Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management.Strive for continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills.Requirements :
