Ecommerce Manager

Job summary : We are hiring an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations on various online marketplaces and our own e-commerce website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listing, order management, promotions, and marketplace coordination.

Key Responsibilities : Manage listings and catalogs on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, firstcry and myntra E commerce Management

Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and stock availability

Process daily orders and coordinate with logistics / courier partners

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team

Create and manage online promotions, deals, and campaign setups

Track and analyze sales reports, returns, and customer feedback

Maintain account health and resolve marketplace issues (order defects, policy compliance, etc.)

Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility and SEO

Candidate Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace handling

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order management tools

Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
