Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our global learning and development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilitation and delivery of key learning programs into our business.
Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to navigate our global programs, providing guidance on program suitability, timing & scheduling. You will lead by example creating a positive experience for our learners whilst encouraging leaders and managers to actively support a culture of everyday learning within their teams.
In addition, you will participate and contribute to regional and global L&D projects that support the function in achieving the business' short and mid-term strategic goals.
You will work within a matrixed structure, navigating dotted-line reporting based on the allocated programs that you lead and / or support.
