Key Responsibilities
- Design, revise, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements; oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory norms.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and culture-building activities across teams.
- Advise and support business managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes on boarding, engagement, retention, and exit.
- Act as a change agent in managing organizational transformation and growth.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution with sensitivity and objectivity.
