Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional trainer with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence . The role involves overseeing IT operations, monitoring systems performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks , and driving efficiency through automation and best practices . The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM / ITOM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds), cloud infrastructure operations , and IT governance standards , while also mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates .

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversaw IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
• Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks .
• Utilized ITOM platforms (ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration) to monitor and optimize performance.
• Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity .
• Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports .
• Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
• Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions.
• Trained and mentored graduate trainees and junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
• Drove continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.
