We are seeking an experienced and people-first IT Business Systems Manager to lead our India-based Salesforce operations.

This role will be responsible for managing a team of Salesforce.

com professionals, with a focus on Production Support, delivery alignment, and driving strategic outcomes in partnership with our USA-based teams.

As a key extension of our USA operations, this leader will embody a collaborative spirit, foster a strong team culture, and ensure seamless alignment between global teams.
