Team Lead Trainer

Your job :

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of apprenticeship training programs in Electrical Engineering and IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational needs

Lead and manage practical and theory-integrated training in Electronics, ElectricalEngineering, PLCs, Networking, and Microcontrollers

Drive adoption of emerging IT topics including Programming, IoT, Cybersecurity, AI, BigData, and Cloud Computing

Partner with Operations, TEC, and HR to define skill requirements, recruit apprentices, and guide selection processes

Coach trainers, promote innovative teaching methods, and implement digital learning platforms (e.g.,FestoLX)

Enhance training quality, ensuring alignment with German dual training standards and local industry demands

Your qualification :

8–12 years’ experience with 3-5 years in vocational or technical training, including curriculum design and apprentice development

Strong background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or IT with hands-on expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, and electrical installations

Proven leadership and mentoring experience as a trainer, coordinator, or team lead
