We are seeking a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen our distribution network and drive sales growth in the assigned region or across India.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and expand offline sales for nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, protein supplements, and allied nutrition products within the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow sales through distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, gyms, fitness centers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel and territory management.
- Expand and strengthen the distribution network to ensure widespread product availability.
- Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, and market coverage regularly to identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales Motivate and guide the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, sampling activities, tie-ups, and new product launches.
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform sales and growth plans.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising across retail outlets, gyms, and pharmacies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from clients.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region or across India to engage clients, visit markets, and support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to 58 years of proven sales experience in Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Protein Nutrition, or related industries.
- Experience managing Pan-India or regional sales territories.
- Strong network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and pharmacies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
