Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

IT Operations & Team Leadership :

• Lead and manage the local IT team across helpdesk, infrastructure, and systems functions.
• Ensure 24 / 7 availability and performance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Act as the final escalation point for technical issues, providing hands-on support where needed.
• Oversee IT onboarding / offboarding and enforce access control policies and role-based permissions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
