About The Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator / Infrastructure Manager with 7+ years of experience to manage firewalls, servers, networks (Cisco, Ruckus), and Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Intune). The role includes overseeing system security, Active Directory, domain / DNS, and end-user support. Strong expertise in IT policies, asset / license management, and vendor coordination is essential. Ideal for a hands-on leader ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Firewall & Security : Configure and manage firewalls (Fortinet / Sophos), enforce internet usage policies, handle antivirus and patch management.
• System Administration : Administer Windows / Linux servers, implement and manage Active Directory, GPOs, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Network Management :
• Design and maintain LAN / WAN infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco routers, Ruckus access points, VLANs, VPN, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Implement and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) across the network.
• Collaborate with ISPs and vendors; optimize bandwidth and segmentation.
• Cloud & O365 : Administer M365 Tenant Management (Azure AD, Teams, Exchange, Intune), hybrid setup management.
• Domain & DNS : Handle domain configurations, DNS records, SSL certs (GoDaddy or similar).
• User Support : Lead IT support / helpdesk using tools like Keka or ServiceNow.
• Asset & License Mgmt : Maintain hardware / software inventory and license compliance.
• Policy & Compliance : Define IT policies, ensure security compliance and audit readiness (ISO / ITIL).
• Vendor & Planning : Drive procurement, vendor coordination, budgeting, and tech evaluations.
