IT Project Manager - PMP / Prince2 Certified

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and manage application-related projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, a deep understanding of application technologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, business resources, external partners, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, cost estimates, resource allocation, communication, and risk management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with governance requirements and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring regular updates and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues, ensuring swift action to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all requirements, project plans, and changes are communicated effectively to all team members.
• Facilitate smooth handover to support teams, ensuring seamless transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.
• Support organizational change management processes as needed.
