RESPONSIBILITIES :
- End-to-End Payroll Management : Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- HR Systems & Records : Maintain and manage employee records and HR systems.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements : Ensure the smooth implementation and adherence to all HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF) , Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) , gratuity , and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) .
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor key HR and payroll metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance.
