This is for the position of HR Associate (on third party payroll).
Description
Assisting with completion of All Exit Formalities
- Assist employees in completion of exit formalities for departing employees within the specified timeline and periodically review the exit formalities process to minimize delays or missing documentation
Coordination with Stakeholders for Clearance Approvals
Ensuring to complete all the clearance approvals including HR & maintain a clear line of communication with stakeholders to avoid delays in clearance approvalsSupporting with follow-ups for approvals of F&F Payouts and post exit queries of employees
Assisting on F&F queries & help to resolve post-exit employee queries promptlyAssistance with Reimbursement Claims & other portal related queries of employees
Ensure timely assistance to employees with reimbursement claims, both through the portal and offlineHelping with preparation of monthly payroll & Stop Pay files & updating on the portal
Support in ensuring payroll file is processed on time each month as per inputs received from the stakeholders & holding salary of resigned employees as per policy. And ensuring timely payouts of interns & sharing provision details to Finance team for processing the stipendsAssisting in execution of R&R program related activities
Assist with preparation templates to be posted on our platform and ensure other achievers are announced promptly. Placing and managing orders with the Long Service VendorRaising AISHA related tickets
Assisting with raising tickets for different types of movements and employee relatedrequests
Supporting with employee queries
Assisting with Query Management for Corporate Mumbai populationSupporting with filing work
Gathering data and assisting with the arrangement of filesInternship Management
Managing end to end onboarding and Stipend processing formalitiesOthers
Any other assistance as may be required from time to time in the employee lifecycle management
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in an HR Operations role.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation.Understanding of laws related to attendance management, leave tracking, payroll processing, etc.Skills Required
