Job Responsibilities :

• Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.
• Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for team members to ensure timely project delivery development and delivery of software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Presents new technology choice to technical and non-technical observers, able to guide others to make well defined technology choices.
• Innovate for our Customers - take a long-term perspective to build systems and features.
• Coordinate with senior leadership across organization and stimulate overall resource allocation as best fits business objectives & right growth.
• Interact with leaders across organizations to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design and deployment of new products and services.
• Identify and investigate advanced technologies offering companies significant technical and financial & Required Skills :
• Technology Director with 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in developing software applications, ecosystem strategy and architecture, with a focus on sales, marketing, and e-commerce.
• Bachelors degree in computer information systems, Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Experience as technology director and deep understanding of modern technologies, cloud development methodologies with focus on quality, scalability and execution.
• Self-starter who can work with speed and agility in fast-paced environment, ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Ability to articulate architecture principles, design considerations, future roadmap and engage with development teams for providing guidance, strategy technologies.
• Expertise in technology like JavaScript, HTML and CSS, JSON Web Token, Babel, Web pack, NPM, Oracle, Oracle Apex , React, Node and very versatile experience in the development stages of product & building a world-class product with high quality.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PLSQL, SQL, Mongo DB), web servers (e.g. Apache), APIs and UI / UX design.
• Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
• Proven ability to drive tasks to completion on schedule. Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
