VP - Enterprise Digital Systems & Technologies

Job Description

• Own the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, spanning ERP, CRM, HCM, and other SaaS platforms.
• Lead cloud-first transformation by defining architecture, integrations, and modernization initiatives across AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
• Manage and scale a large global delivery organization, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Partner with CxOs, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to align IT strategy with enterprise goals.
• Drive adoption of best practices in program delivery, security, compliance, and data governance.

The Successful Applicant

• 18+ years of IT leadership experience with a strong track record in enterprise applications, ERP / CRM / HCM implementations, and SaaS solutions.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), microservices architecture, and system integration.
• Proven experience in leading large global teams, vendor management, and driving multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at the boardroom level.
• Background in consulting, BPM, or technology services preferred.
