Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement & Pre-Sales :

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their networking needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Drive pre-sales discussions, preparing and delivering solution proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to scope requirements, design solutions, and support bid responses or RFPs.
  • Represent the technical team during client meetings, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Solution Delivery & Leadership :

  • Oversee the deployment, integration, and performance of ONT, WiFi modems, and enterprise networking solutions.
  • Manage a team of technical engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Lead new product evaluations, pilot testing, and rollouts for enterprise customers.
  • Technical Expertise :

  • Provide deep technical guidance on Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points, Gateways, and IP CCTV systems.
  • Conduct solution design reviews and performance assessments to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and identify opportunities for optimization or upselling value-added services.
  • Strategic & Continuous Improvement :

  • Track market trends and competitor offerings to shape customer-focused solutions.
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and industry advancements.
  • Develop best practices and documentation to improve solution delivery and client engagement processes.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 7+ years experience in networking / telecom technical support or solution delivery, with at least 23 years in a client-facing managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ONT, WiFi modems, and enterprise networking (Switches, Routers, APs, Gateways, IP CCTV).
  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales solutioning, client engagement, and proposal delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for solution documentation and client reports.
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams and driving customer satisfaction.
