At BlackRock, the Enterprise Technology Risk & Controls ('ETRC') team stands as a crucial component within the first line of defense, embodying a proactive and collaborative spirit. This dynamic team works in close partnership with firm wide senior management, engineering teams, Information Security, Risk & Quantitative Analysis ('RQA') & Internal Audit, ensuring a unified and comprehensive approach to risk management and control.

Role Description
In this role, you will be a key member and regional team lead of the first line of defense ETRC Assessment & Reporting team, where you will be responsible for supporting internal risk identification programs akin to the RCSA supported by automated metrics, dashboards & reporting. The role will also assist in embedding a culture of risk identification and leveraging data and metrics to identify current and emerging risk themes across BLK.
ETRC Assessment & Reporting function team works closely with firm wide BlackRock senior management, engineers, subject matter experts and risk stakeholders (Functional Technology Risk Leads, Risk Delegates, etc.) to create risk exposure transparency and define and prioritize risk mitigating solutions.
