NIMS University is seeking a detail-oriented Call Quality Auditor to ensure exceptional communication standards across our Admissions Counselling Team . If you have a sharp ear for quality, process improvement, and coaching excellence — we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and evaluate admission counselling calls for quality, accuracy, and adherence to communication guidelines.
- Identify gaps in product knowledge, tone, and compliance , providing actionable feedback and training recommendations.
- Maintain call audit reports and track quality trends over time.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve student interaction and conversion effectiveness .
- Contribute to developing and updating call scripts, quality checklists, and communication frameworks .
Requirements :
2–4 years of experience in call quality auditing, training, or process improvement , preferably in the education or service industry.Strong analytical, listening, and reporting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.If you have a passion for improving communication standards and enhancing student experience — this is your opportunity to make an impact!
