About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns for conferences and brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid campaigns, organic growth strategies, marketing automation tools, and website management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, strategize, and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns for conferences.
- Manage paid lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other channels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and performance.
- Implement organic strategies to improve website visibility and drive leads.
- Manage conference websites, HTML mailers, drip campaigns, newsletters, and brand outreach initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, CRM, and marketing tools.
- Run WhatsApp campaigns (Aisensy / Wati) and set up automated user journeys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, external teams, and agencies to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on leads, emails, and campaign Minimum 4 years of experience in paid digital marketing and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in HTML emailers, drip campaigns, and WhatsApp campaign automation.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to track campaign metrics.
- Good understanding of WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
