Job description
  • Develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies with a strong focus on email marketing and WhatsApp marketing
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in running targeted campaigns, increasing engagement, and driving conversions through these channels.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and automation.
  • Design and run WhatsApp marketing campaigns- to engage potential and existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email and WhatsApp campaigns using relevant tools.
  • Work on lead generation strategies- through email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (SPAM laws, GDPR, etc.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for both -email and WhatsApp messages
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create effective messaging.
  • Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions- through A / B testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in email and WhatsApp marketing.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing
    • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms - (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.
    • Familiarity with -WhatsApp Business API & automation tools
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
    • Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization strategies
    • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing- is a plus.
    • Good communication and copywriting skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns.

      • Preferred Experience :

    • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in email & WhatsApp marketing.
    • Experience in e-commerce, real estate, or any direct-to-consumer industry is a plus
