Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and coordinate special requests or VIP guest requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and maintaining quality standards.
• Support the front desk team in handling reservations and guest management.
