Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence and lead strategic communication across digital platforms. This role involves developing impactful brand narratives, driving social media strategy, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels. The ideal candidate understands digital behaviour, brand positioning, and creative storytelling.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute brand and social media strategies that enhance awareness and engagement.
• Manage content creation (posts, articles, videos, campaigns) in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across digital and offline communication.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand relevant and updated.
• Collaborate with internal teams — design, marketing, and development — to execute brand initiatives.
• Support campaign planning, product launches, and corporate communications.
