About The Role
We're looking for a Brand Lead who can turn Snitch from a fast-growing label into a cultural force. This person will own how Snitch feels in the minds of the customer and what real estate we take on in the minds of our customers. You'll shape the brand narrative across all touchpoints : campaigns, social, collaborations, community, and creative content. Your work won't live in presentations; it'll live in reels, comments, and conversations. This role is for someone who understands that creativity and outcomes are the same currency, that storytelling isn't fluff, it's a growth engine.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and own the Snitch narrative :
- Define and evolve Snitch's voice - bold, confident, scroll-native, and culturally sharp. Translate brand axes into real content hooks : "We sell confidence, not clothes." Turn every drop, event, or collab into a moment that reinforces what Snitch stands for
Scale creativity in-house :
Build and lead an internal creative team : writers, editors, content leads, stylists, and designers.Collaborate deeply with video editors, we believe that's the heart of where storytelling actually happens.Reduce agency dependency by bringing idea-to-publish workflows under one roof.Drive organic growth through storytel ling
Build a repeatable engine for organic traffic, across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.Identify and scale UGC, creator partnerships, and community-first narratives that spark conversation.Experiment relentlessly with new formats, social experiments, trend hijacks. Measure, learn, scale.Marry creative intuition with data :
Use insights (engagement data, creator trends, product performance) to shape campaigns.Understand what drives shareability and relevance in our target group (men 18-35) who hate "trying too hard."Build a test-and-learn loop between creative, social, and commerce outcomes. Build the next generation brand machinePartner with leadership to position Snitch as India's fastest-moving lifestyle brand.Create playbooks for campaigns, tone, influencer collaborations, and product storytelling.Lead cultural campaigns that make people talk about Snitch - build an emotional connection beyond a transactional one.What You'll Bring
8-12 years of experience in brand building, creative strategy, or content marketing (D2C or youth brands preferred) youth brands preferred)Proven experience leading social-first brands that live natively on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok-like environmentsA portfolio that shows storytelling impact beyond aesthetic campaignsStrong creative instincts paired with the ability to brief and edit like an editorComfort working hands-on with content, from scripting to editing feedbackDeep understanding of Gen Z and millennial culture, meme behavior, and aesthetic codesAbility to connect creative work to measurable organic growth outcomes(ref : iimjobs.com)
